Holiday congratulations from the Rector of "TIIAME" National Research University on the occasion of New Year

Dear University Community,
As we stand on the threshold of the New Year 2025, I sincerely extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of you! The year 2024 has been marked by significant achievements in education, science and innovation due to our active and fruitful efforts.
This year our university has achieved the following milestones:
- Nine Bachelor and Master study programs were internationally accredited for five years by the ASIIN agency (Germany).
- The first branch of our university was established in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- Over 30 leading international scholars have been engaged in academic and scientific programs of university and more than 500 international students are currently enrolled.
Our university continues to enhance its international reputation by developing academic and scientific potential, improving the efficiency of its activities and internationalizing its educational and scientific programs, securing prestigious positions in global rankings.

- For the past three years, our university has maintained its leadership in the National Ranking of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan.
- In THE World University Rankings 2025:
- Ranked 601st globally with a score of 38.6;
- the 2nd place among universities in Central Asia and the Caucasus;
- the 1st place in Uzbekistan.
- In QS World University Rankings 2025:
- Ranked 547th globally with a score of 22.6;
- the 4th place among universities in Central Asia and the Caucasus;
- the 1st place in Uzbekistan.
- In QS Asia University Rankings 2025:
- The university rose by 98 positions, ranking 159th,
- the 7th place among universities in Central Asia,
- the 1st place among universities in Uzbekistan.
- In QS Subjects 2024 rankings:
- Engineering and Technology (#398);
- Ecology and Environmental Protection (#351), included in the TOP- 500 universities globally.
- In QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2024:
- The university was included in the list of the world's top institutions for sustainable development (#701).
Overall, our university is ranked among the top 20% of universities worldwide in academic, research, and international collaboration activities.
The year 2025 was declared as the Year of Environmental Protection and the Green Economy by the Head of the country, which opens a new chapter of responsibility and opportunities for us. In the coming year, we will focus on enhancing the quality of education, fostering environmental sustainability and paving the way for sustainable development for future generations.
