Cooperation – The Key Principle of a Quality Education System

On December 20, 2024 a practical meeting was held with 4th-year students of "Water Management and Melioration" educational program, led by Professor Ilhom Abdurakhimov, the head of the "Irrigation and Melioration" department. The meeting was attended by Deputy Director Otabek Imomov, Project Engineer Oybek Azimov, and Project Specialist Matamatqulov Bekzod from the "Annexure" Limited Liability Company. During the meeting, the "Annexure" representatives provided information about the company's activities and projects.
They mentioned that "Annexure" is a multi-disciplinary consulting and engineering firm. The company’s clients include government organizations, as well as private companies engaged in various sectors such as financial services, agriculture, water supply, sewage, transport and electricity.
Additionally, it was highlighted that the company's projects in the public sector are mainly financed by international organizations such as the European Union, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, Germany’s International Cooperation Agency, and other international financial institutions. A brief overview of the ongoing projects was also provided.
At the end of the presentation, the experts emphasized that "Annexure" is in need of specialists with practical expertise in irrigation and melioration, who possess advanced theoretical knowledge. The visiting specialists from the company answered questions raised by the students.
