"Woman of the Year" - National Competition

On December 17, 2024, the Women's Team of the "Mechanization of Agriculture" faculty at the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, consisting of active fourth-year students from the "Agricultural Mechanization" department, held a roundtable discussion on the topic "Discover Yourself" with the winner of the "Woman of the Year" national competition for Mirzo-Ulug‘bek district, Doctoral candidate Gulnoza Usmonova.
During the event, E. Ganiboyeva spoke about the ongoing work related to the "Woman of the Year" national competition, aimed at increasing the intellectual potential of young scientists, doctoral students, and researchers, supporting their creative initiatives, and encouraging scientific research. Gulnoza Usmonova shared her scientific research under the supervision of Professor A.K. Igamberdiyev, titled "Research of Resource-Saving Technological Processes for Loosening the Subsurface Layer of Soil Between Cotton Rows and Justification of Cultivator Working Tools' Parameters." She also discussed her participation in the competition, where she won the "Best Idea Initiator of the Year" nomination, securing first place and qualifying for the city stage. Gulnoza shared her achievements and insights with the students. Our female students received detailed answers to their questions during the event.
