Crime Has No Nationality

Today, our university hosted a spiritually and morally focused event dedicated to this theme. The event was attended by a group of officers working within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Professor of the Department of Management Sciences at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, Colonel Sharif Rakhimovich Kobylov, Master’s student of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, Lieutenant Colonel Gayratjon Toshkhodzhaevich Rakhmatullaev, and Master’s student of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, Lieutenant Colonel Hamza Muhammadievich Jamolov.
Before the event began, the Vice Rector of our university, Ruzimurod Choriev, spoke. He thanked the visiting specialists and talked about students who had committed minor offenses. Then, Lieutenant Colonel Gayratjon Toshkhodzhaevich Rakhmatullaev took the floor. He emphasized that every person should continue learning throughout their life, stating that the student period is a golden period for learning. He acknowledged that indifference and apathy are the root causes of some crimes. Following that, Lieutenant Colonel Hamza Jamolov took the stage. He highlighted how, with the help of videos and slides he had prepared, he would help students avoid committing various crimes.
Next, the floor was given to the talented scholar, Professor Sharifjon Kobylov, who noted that the strength and influence of spirituality depend on an individual’s responsibility and conscience. He quoted thoughts of our President related to spirituality and urged all students to uphold moral values. After all, morality is the foundation of spirituality. The development of spirituality and morality is an interconnected process. Sharifjon Kobylov brought three sets of his books and donated them to the deans' deputies, tutors, and students. Afterward, they all took a group photo together.
