December 10 – The Day the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted!

The lyrics of the anthem were written by Abdulla Oripov, and the music was composed by Mutal Burkhonov. The anthem is a symbol of our national pride, independence, and future. It is a symbol of our unity and independence. Once again, it calls upon us to take pride in our homeland, to love it, and to strengthen our independence. The text and music of the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan were approved by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan," N. 768-XII, dated December 10, 1992. The National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a symbol of the country's sovereignty. Respecting the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan with great reverence is the patriotic duty of every citizen of Uzbekistan.
In honor of the day the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted, and to promote national pride and patriotism, the team of the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University performed the national anthem.
