Bookreading Mother – Bookreading Child

On December 4, 2024, a event titled “Bookreading Mother – Bookreading Child” was organized by F. Yunusova, the Dean's Advisor of the Faculty of "Hydrotechnical Construction" at "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, and tutor D. Khursandova. F. Yunusova delivered a speech on the topic "Books – the Treasure of Spirituality," emphasizing that books, being the tools for thinking, keys to treasures, and sources of reflection, are regarded as sacred and invaluable in our culture. She also noted that a person’s culture is reflected in the books they read. During the event, the participating child spoke about the books they had read, and a lively exchange of ideas took place. The child also shared thoughts on the books they had read. This tradition is a wonderful way to strengthen memory and develop speaking skills.
The aim of the project is to restore the tradition of bookreading by mothers, ensuring that children have the right to be readers from an early age. It also focuses on shaping a positive image of bookreading mothers in society. The project seeks to promote the advanced pedagogical experience of educating children through books and reading, involving mothers in the process, and using various methods to enhance the moral and intellectual development of mothers and children in society.
