Neighborhood Youth – Builders of the Future

On December 2, 2024 within the framework of the cooperation between higher educational institutions and neighborhoods, F. Yunusova, the Dean's Advisor at "Hydrotechnical Construction" faculty of "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University and D. Khursandov, a tutor at the same faculty, visited the "Nur" Neighborhood.
During the visit, they had discussions with the neighborhood chairman, deputy head for law and order, women's activists, and youth leaders. The conversation focused on the problems and suggestions within the neighborhood, including the current population, women, youth, citizens listed in the "iron book" (a registry for citizens in need), temporary unemployed citizens, those with disabilities, and other social issues. They also explored the existing schools and preschool educational institutions in the neighborhood, their conditions, and many other issues that are waiting for solutions. The neighborhood chairman, activists, and youth were engaged in conversations about these important matters.
