Retraining and Professional Development of Personnel in the Context of Education Digitalization

From March 1 to July 5, 2024, professors of the "Land Resources and Cadastre" faculty—Uzbekhon Burkhonovich Muxtorov, Bekjon Musabekovich Uspankulov, and Albina Robertovna Valiyeva—successfully completed an online retraining and professional development course (4 months duration) at Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography's Professional Development Center.
The course focused on the retraining and professional development of faculty members and leaders from higher education institutions, with a particular emphasis on enhancing teaching skills, pedagogical technologies, sector-specific foreign best practices, and modern approaches to the educational process. The course also covered online teaching methodologies for specialized subjects.
The online sessions were interactive and included active question-and-answer discussions, allowing the participants to acquire valuable and relevant skills. Upon successful completion of the course, participants were awarded special certificates.
