In accordance with the work plan of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024, and as part of the initiative to promote the meaningful use of youth's free time in educational institutions during the second half of the year, the organization of creative youth clubs, young athletes, young programmers, young readers, and the "Sewers Girls" club has been scheduled across all educational institutions.

On November 15, 2024, a general meeting was held for the female students residing in Student Dormitory N. 4 of the Faculty of Land Resources and Cadastre. During this meeting, it was decided to establish the "Sewers Girls " club.
