July 24, 2024, the National Technical University TIIAME hosted a delegation of the international project "ReAct" within the framework of international cooperation and held a seminar on Curriculum Development. Representatives from the following partner universities participated in the seminar: the German institute THI (Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt), with which experience in developing higher education systems in Europe and Central Asia will be exchanged and implemented. In collaboration with the Naryn State University (NSU) of the Kyrgyz Republic and TIIAME-NRU, cooperation in scientific and technical research at local and regional levels will be strengthened, and the development of educational programs in energy systems and renewable energy is planned. Additionally:

1.    Review and update bachelor’s(BSc) and master’s(MSc) programs to meet modern requirements;

2.    Develop Ph.D. programs and strengthen research activities;

3.    Increase employment opportunities for graduates and adapt their qualifications to the labor market;

4.    Strengthen scientific and educational cooperation with international universities, and organize new projects and events.

During this seminar, members of the "Re Act" project delegation and TIIAME representatives discussed the development of educational programs, exchanged experiences on improving bachelor’s and Ph.D. programs in energy systems and renewable energy, and agreed on monitoring the timely implementation of planned tasks in the future.
