The monitoring focused on the work carried out by DEISC under the project, the results achieved, and the tasks planned for the coming period. Discussions covered the centre’s priority areas, the implementation of assigned tasks, and the progress of planned activities.

The meeting also included a review of quarterly reports and documentation to be submitted to the donor organisation. Particular attention was paid to report preparation, the proper documentation of completed activities, and compliance with the project’s reporting requirements. The participants also discussed future activities and ways to ensure their effective implementation.

During the monitoring visit, the work of Associate Professor Guzal Eshchanova, DEISC Centre Coordinator, was particularly recognised for her role in organising the centre’s activities, coordinating project tasks, and ensuring the implementation of planned activities. It was noted that the centre had fulfilled its assigned responsibilities to a high standard.

Their efforts to further develop the centre and contribute to the achievement of the project’s objectives were highly appreciated.

During the visit, the delegation also briefly familiarised itself with the activities of the Mechatronics Technicum at the university and reviewed the progress of work being carried out within the project.

The monitoring visit provided a valuable opportunity to assess the effectiveness of activities implemented under the LUPIC project, exchange views on the work completed, and identify priorities for the next stage.
