As part of the Erasmus+ academic mobility project being implemented between TIIAME National Research University and Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE),Germany the university Master’s student Nirimukhammad Omonov is currently studying in Germany.

From the Uzbek side, the project is coordinated by Prof. B.S. Mirzaev, Rector of TIIAME National Research University, with Associate Professor G. Eshchanova serving as a project member.

We previously reported that Nirimuhammad Omonov, a second-year master’s student at the Faculty of Economics, was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship and had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (HNEE) during the autumn semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. The total value of the scholarship is €5,920.

Currently, Nirimukhammad Omonov is actively participating in the educational process at HNEE and further enhancing his knowledge in economics within an international academic environment. Studying in Germany provides him with an opportunity to become familiar with modern educational approaches, exchange experiences with international students and professors, and develop his potential in an international research environment.

This opportunity within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility programme is not only contributing to the student’s professional and academic development but also represents a practical outcome of TIIAME National Research University’s efforts to strengthen its international cooperation and partnerships.

The Erasmus+ cooperation between TIIAME National Research University and HNEE is planned to continue in the future. Within the framework of the project, master’s and doctoral students are expected to be sent to Germany in different semesters for academic and research exchange programmes.

Such international exchange programmes provide young researchers with valuable opportunities to broaden their international experience, enhance their academic and research potential, become familiar with foreign education systems, and strengthen their integration into the global academic community.

Nirimuhammad Omonov’s studies in Germany once again demonstrate that students of our university have broad opportunities to participate in international education and academic mobility programmes.

Our university encourages all students to actively participate in Erasmus+ and other international grant and academic exchange programmes, take advantage of new opportunities, and develop their knowledge and experience at the international level.
