The efforts to widely implement the “Technical College–University” principle, as set out in Resolution No. PD-122 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2026, are continuing consistently at the “TIIAME”National Research University .
On September 24, 2026 the Rector of the University, Bakhadir Mirzaev, and the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics, Rustam Baratov, met with students of Polytechnic Technikum No. 3 in Yangiyul District, Tashkent Region.
During the meeting, information was provided on the educational opportunities available at the university, the latest developments, international cooperation, and the conditions created for students. Particular attention was paid to training specialists in the field of Mechatronics and Robotics within the framework of the LUPIC international project being implemented in cooperation with Keimyung College University,South Korea.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize part of the educational process at the university within the framework of the project, to actively involve technical college students in this process, and to enable them to continue their education at the “TIIAME” National Research University in the future.
