Second higher education (specialization)

   According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. 606, dated September 24, 2021, the parameters for admission to the second and subsequent higher educational institutions are determined by the University Council, taking into account the scientific and pedagogical potential and material and technical base of the university.

Based on this Decision, the Council of  "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. 606, dated  September 24, 2021, the admission parameters for the second and subsequent higher education of university, taking into account scientific and pedagogical competence and  technical base approved the admission parameters for the 2023-2024 academic year in the language section of the areas of education.

    The Admission of applicants to "Tashkent and the Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University without entrance exams, through the  individual interview, from the 2nd stage of the bachelor's degree in the form of distance learning and on the basis of  tuition fee form.

The procedure for receiving documents:

Applicants are asked to  register online through the official website of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan from July 10 to August 10, 2023.

While registering for undergraduate studies at higher educational institutions, applicants must upload  their personal data into the system, including  the following documents:

  • enter information about your passport data ;
  • upload the e-version of diploma and its transcipt;
  • choose the Higher Educational Institution and the apply for the  field of study that you plan to enter

At the same time, diplomas of educational institutions of overseas  issued after January 1, 1992 are subjected  to the nostrification in the prescribed manner.

REGULATIONS FOR THE SECOND HIGHER EDUCATION

Organizing and conducting the interview process

The composition of the interview committee will include a professor-teacher of a higher educational institution in the relevant specialty. The interview process must take place under full and high-quality video surveillance, and the video recordings will be stored at the university for at least three years. Interview dates are announced on the official website of the university at least a week before the start of the interview. Graduates who did not appear for an interview within the specified time frame do not undergo a second interview in the current academic year and are not allowed to study at the 2nd stage of the university's bachelor's degree program. Candidates are evaluated at the interview according to the following criteria:

Criteria for evaluation  (max. 100 points, qualification 55 points)

 1.Professional passion and reasons for enrolling in studies (the nature and content of the chosen field of study, its place and significance in society, the types of professional activities in this field of study and the objects of professional activity are correct and the reasons for choosing this area of ​​study) (max. 25 points)

 2.The level of acquired knowledge in the complex of subjects entering in accordance with the educational direction (in accordance with the complex of subjects approved for general educational institutions) (max. 50 points)

3.General intellectual level (the ability to clearly, logically and creatively express one's opinion and justify one's opinion) (max. 25 points)

The maximum possible score is 100 points.Evaluation criteria for these issues are developed and approved by the relevant higher education institution and published on its official websites.

Questions are developed by the selection committee of the higher educational institution and approved by the chairman of the selection committee.During the interview, each member of the interview committee is given a sample form for recording the results of the graduate interview (hereinafter referred to as the sheet of interview results). Based on the results of the interview with each graduate, the members of the interview committee put marks and sign the list of interview results.After the completion of the interview process in a specific educational area (group), scores are calculated on the interview results forms filled out by the members of the interview committee, and based on this, the final results of the interview with the graduate are recorded. y will be prepared and approved by the interview committee.Based on the minutes of the final results of the interview, approved by the interview committee, the applicant is considered to have passed the interview if the average score given by the participating members of the interview committee is 56 points or higher. List of those who passed the interview based on the results of the interview in a specific educational area (group)
