Project name: REP-23112021/18 “Energy efficiency monitoring system of operated irrigation pumping stations in Uzbekistan”.

Project budget: 480 000 US dollars.

Project purpose: scientifically substantiate, develop and implement a system for monitoring the energy efficiency of operated irrigation pumping stations, providing information on electricity consumption and supply on a real-time basis, as well as a complex photovoltaic system for the energy supply of personal needs of the pumping station and installed metering devices.

Implementation objects: the project will be implemented at large pumping stations in seven regions of the republic, i.e. in the Bukhara region - at the PS "Alat", " Jondor-1", "Jondor-3", "Yomonjar", "Paykent", "Soktari", in Navoi region - on PS "Kanimeh-1", "Navoi" and “Urtachul”, in Surkhandarya region - on PS "Amu-Zang-1", "Amu-Zang-2", "Babatag", “Jaykhun”and "Sherabad", in Jizzakh region - on the PS "DGNS", "DNS-2" and "DNS-3", Andijan region- on the PS "Obi-Khayat", "Ulugnar", "Gulbakhor-1p", "Asaka-Adir", "Raish-Hakent-1", "Raish-Hakent-2" and "Guliston", in Namangan region - on the PS "Namangan", “Bulakbashi” and “Rezaksay-3”, and in Ferghana region - on the PS "Dangara" and “Furkat-1”. In the future, all other more than 1,600 irrigation pumping stations, which are on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Water Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan, can also be connected to the online monitoring system developed on the basis of the project.
