It is important to suggest that on December 5, 2023 a delegation led by Professor Mirzaev Bakhadir Suyunovich,  the rector of ‘TIIAME” National Research University made a visit to Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology, regarding the implementation of the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at a meeting via video conference selector on the topic "Wise use of water resources and reduction of water waste" held on November 29, 2023. During the visit, there were discussed the issues of training personnel in the field of water management in the region as well as the educational process and laboratory facilities of the institute were studied.

 Agreements and a memorandum of mutual benefit were signed between the rector of the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology, Professor Jollibekov Berdiyar Bakhtiyarovich and Professor Mirzaev Bakhadir Suyunovich, the rector of ‘TIIAME” National Research University. According to which:

Study the existing educational areas and consideration of proposals for the introduction of new educational programs, based on the needs of economic sectors and problems associated with the natural and climatic conditions of the region;

Joint development of educational and regulatory documentation, creation of educational materials and educational literature and teaching resources for new generation, consideration of proposals for the creation of a new laboratory;

Based on the agreement, organization of the educational process on the basis of academic mobility in accordance with the current requirements for individual educational areas;

Organizing the exchange of talented students and creating conditions for the participation in different competitions held in Higher Educational Institutions.

The formation of a scientific team to conduct scientific research in the direction of rational use of water resources and reducing water losses in the region across the island, as well as participation in international and local scientific grant competitions;

Development of local cooperation by bringing together the knowledge and experience of professors and teachers of HEIs for the purpose of scientific cooperation;

Proposals were made, such as jointly developing a concept for opening courses on water management and creating training laboratories in cooperation.
