SUSADICA Scientific poster competition
SUSADICA program announces a scientific poster competition as part of a symposium-taking place in NRU TIIAME on 12-13th of October 2023. Finalist will be invited to attend the SUSADICA symposium and have the opportunity to present their posters during the coffee breaks (3-4 min maximum) and get experts’ feedback
The scientific poster competition is dedicated to give talented students a platform to share their research proposals or thesis or project work and gain recognition.
The poster should be related to five SUSADICA research areas:
Research area 1:
Farm restructuring & labour relations
Research area 2: Agricultural innovation & technology
Research area 3: Agricultural policy for sustainable development
Research area 4: Environmental change & agriculture
Research area 5: Water governance
Eligibility: Masters and PhD students of “TIIAME” NRU are invited to submit proposals for posters.
Submission:
Please send an email to susadica.phd@gmail.com. Include your full name, last name, faculty, and upload your abstract, in English language, maximum 250 words by the 6th of October 2023. After preselection, you will be asked to develop your poster.
Selection:
Out of all the entries, the top 5 posters will be selected by the experts committee based on the quality and relevance of their research.
The finalists’ posters will be displayed at the symposium for the visitors, and participants to view
Winners will be announced on the 13th of October during the symposium and will be awarded with special prizes from the SUSADICA project.
Poster Design: Once selected, the finalists will be required to design an innovative, creative research poster based on their papers. A template will be provided after the preselection, and SUSADICA symposium organizers will print the posters. Finalists must submit their poster designs by 10th October 2023.
