In the Scientific Laboratory of Condensed Matter Optics of the Research Institute of Ionic - plasma and laser technologies named after Ubay Oripov of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan became familiar with the methods of optical research of nanomaterials, which are the basis of semiconductor materials widely used in the field of solar energy.
