On February 5, 2023, the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational of the "TIIAME" National Research University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ruzimurat Kungratovich Choriyev turns 60 years old. 
Leadership is kindness and an art

Doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Choriev Ruzimurat Kungratovich is an active leader, making a worthy contribution to the development of education. He always remembers with gratitude the lessons given by such academicians as Juraev Risbai Khaidarovich, Gulomov Saidakhror Saidakhmedovich, remembers Professor Umurzakov Uktam Pardaevich, and follows them in his life. It has the honor and duty to turn the laws of the state and government into a way of life, a way of fulfillment and purpose. The wisdom of the great says "One can be a good specialist, but it's hard to be a good leader". Leadership requires mature potential and the possession of a management mechanism. The ability to unite a team, direct it to achieve a specific goal, and create a tense creative environment and a working atmosphere is an important managerial leadership mechanism.
One of the characteristic qualities of a leader is to set a task for each employee working in a team according to his abilities and demand it from him. Working as the rector of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Public Education Workers of the Tashkent Region, he was engaged in positive and creative activities to revitalize the education system. 
Ruzimurat Choriyev was the initiator and organizer of exemplary work in organizing spiritual and educational events for six hundred different subject teachers who come monthly to improve their skills in a 144-hour program. He organized educational meetings with well-known political scientists, poets, writers, and famous artists in our republic, usually playing the role of moderator and host at the event. Now meetings organized with our great people such as Abdulla Aripov and Amon Matjon have become history.
R.K. Choriyev wrote and published 5 textbooks and monographs, around 10 teaching aids, 5 monographs, around 10 methodological developments and brochures, more than 100 scientific articles and theses, of which more than 20 works were published in foreign scientific journals, there is a patent and an author's certificate for three software programs that are currently used in the educational process of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the republic.
