On April 1, 2023 there was organized a seminar-training at Turon Bank hall, where students and teachers of “Economics” Faculty and members of "Young Bankers" club took part. The seminar-training was opened by the Dean of the Faculty prof.R. Khakimov, then the floor was given to Khamraev Sherzod, Head of the Banking Department of Turon Bank, who made a presentation on the topic “M&A” Mergers and Acquisitions.The presentation was very supportive, from which the participants could get the basic understanding of the topic, about the amount of salary as an M&A specialist in the US and UK. Additionally,  methods for mergers and acquisitions were explained as an example of the Russian Federation. Students received answers to different questions and the event could increase students motivation towards the profession that they are studying at.
