          The noble name of Umurzakov Uktam Pardayevich, the former chairman of the Higher Education Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the former rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers was awarded the honorary title "Honored Youth Coach of the Republic of Uzbekistan". If He had been alive, He would have been so pleased and worked with more enthusiasm and inspiration. Unfortunately, our mentor was not destined to receive and see this title during his lifetime. We were all glad that another member of our "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University Professor Usmanov Aziz Magdalyevich was awarded the "Labor Glory" order.
