Key dates:

1. The date of the conference – on March 28-30, 2023.
2. Registration and acceptance of materials – until March 25, 2023.
3. Refinement of articles and confirmation of admission – until April 15, 2023.
4. Payment of the registration fee – until April 20, 2023.
5. Sending the collection to the publisher – on April 30, 2023
6. Publication and indexing of the collection – 2-3 quarters of 2023

Requirements for the design and writing of articles:

• Completed research papers written in good English and meeting the stated requirements are allowed to participate in the conference. The materials provided must be original and correspond to the directions of the conference sections.
• One author can submit no more than 2 articles in one collection.
• The article must be formatted strictly in accordance with the proposed IOP template;
• Articles must be written in good English (articles with errors and incorrect translation will be rejected or sent for revision);
• The number of pages of the article should be from 4 - 6 (at least 4 full pages).
• The article must contain sections such as Abstract, Introduction, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.
• References must be made strictly in accordance with the requirements of publications (see templates on the conference website), it is necessary to refer only to those publications that are indexed in international databases;
• Use the international standard for units and quantities, use a dot as the decimal separator (eg 0.002);
• The list of used literature should contain no more than 2 references to the works of the authors of the article.
• All submitted articles are reviewed and checked for the absence of plagiarism, excessive self-quoting, appropriate design and originality. Past articles are accepted for publication in the journal issue. Checking for plagiarism is carried out at the final stage, after the payment of articles to the journal. Therefore, in case of rejection of the article due to the presence of already published materials and plagiarism, payment is not refundable.

The official language of articles submitted for publication is English.

Accepted articles in their direction will be published by one of the journal IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science indexed by the Scopus database will be published. All full-time and correspondence participants of the conference presenting their work for publication in the issue of the journals must send them to cite http://aegis2023.online/registration.

Arrangement fee:
