First International Online Forum "Three Generations of Scientists” at “TIIAME” NRU

   It is important to mention that on February 10, 2022 -The First International Online Forum "Three Generations of Scientists” was organized at “TIIAME” National Research University on the occasion “February 11 - International Women's Day in Science”. Among the participants were the representatives from Ministries of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Anti-Corruption Committee, Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development,  Ural Federal University, Eswatini University (Eswatini), Institute of Quality Higher Education in Slovenia, South Kazakhstan State University, Writers Union of Uzbekistan, National Academy of Ukraine, Moscow Linguistic University, Research Institute of Makhalla and Family. The Forum conference was held in Uzbek and English via ZOOM program. The forum was opened by the vice-rector on spiritual affairs of the university Prof.R. Choriyev. The Forum  was moderated and translated by Guzal Eschanova, trainer, senior lecturer of Professional Development Centre. The main aim of organizing the International Forum of Women in Science is to get acquainted with the experience and achievements of women in the field of education and science in the country and abroad, exchange views on scientific innovations, involve women and girls in research and innovative activities, support women and girls as much as possible. It is important to expand the scope of their activities and increase their prestige in the cultural, educational, political and economic spheres.

  It is known that the United Nations General Assembly Resolution on Science, Technology and Innovation for Development, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly for promoting the rights and empowerment of women, proclaims February 11 as an International Women's Day. One of the most important directions in the education system of our country is the full realization of women's rightin  education. Today, women make a significant contribution to the development of education, culture and science. Even the title of the International Forum proves that the selected "Three generations of women scientists" was focused on the activities of women scientists, working at university. The organized Forum, which is considered to be a meeting of three generations was really different from the previous ones, where there was mentioned about the importance of continuing the tradition of "Teacher-student" at university.

    The Forum, aimed at familiarizing three generations of women scientists with our foreign specialists, outstanding Uzbek scientists and strengthening international relations in the field of science, which is built on solidarity, educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland was included to the content of large-scale reforms in our country, especially in by organizing different events. The experiences of enlightened teachers, who have gone through the ups and downs of life serve as models for the youth. Three Generations meetings encourage young people to think and be responsible for the future of the country. Such events help to remember the past, be grateful for current changes and set big goals for the future. The duty of young people is not to be a spectator of the activities of teachers in the education system, but to participate actively in the development of our country.

The following issues were in the focus of the International Forum:

Involvement of women scientists in the development of science, technology and innovation;

Caring for women and ongoing spiritual and educational reforms in the renewed Uzbekistan;

Conditions for women to realize their potential in the modernization of the education system;

Modern problems of increasing the intellectual potential of women in the context of globalization;

At the Forum, where there was an essential focus on the meeting of three generations, to continue the tradition of "Master-Student" and educate the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the mortherland, to convey to the general public the essence of large-scale reforms, carried out in our country. Dr. Martin Welp, head of VEGERA project, Global Change Management, Head of the International Master Program, Eberswalde  University for   Sustainable Development in Germany, Lecturer at Eswatini University, Mandana Arfa (Eswatini), Researcher Dilfuza Yuldasheva, coordinator  of VEGERA project, Eberswalde  University for Sustainable Development in Germany, Associate Professor Mukhtabar Khusanova, Professor Jamilya Shermukhammedova, Deputy Director of  Research Institute Makhalla and Family, Prof. Musurmonova Aynisa, Doctor of Psychology, Senior Research Fellow, National Academy of Education Sciences, Pedagogical Institute of Ukraine, Member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Innovative Development Vera Chudakova, Teacher Training and Curriculum Development Specialist, Indiana University, Associate Professor Umida Khikmatilla (USA), Honored Worker of Culture of Uzbekistan, Editor-in-Chief of the magazine "Saodat" Member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan Munavvara Usmanova, Associate Professor of the South Kazakhstan State University Shahlo Noraliyeva and other experts shared their precious ideas during the forum.
