Paper submission - until April 25, 2026.

Notification of acceptance - until May 10, 2026.

Registration fee payment - until May 15, 2026.

The date of the conference - April 28-30, 2026.

Requirements for the design and writing of articles:

Completed research papers written in good English and meeting the stated requirements are allowed to participate in the conference. The materials provided must be original and correspond to the directions of the conference sections.

•          Abstract, Introduction, Results and Discussion, Conclusion etc.;

•          the article should be formatted strictly in accordance with the proposed template of your chosen publication;

•          articles must be written in good English (articles with errors and incorrect translation will be rejected);

•          the number of article pages should be from 4 - 6 (at least 4 full pages).

•          the article should contain sections, for example, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.

•          links must be drawn up strictly in accordance with the requirements of the publications (see templates on the conference website), it is necessary to refer only to those publications that are

indexed in international databases; 

•          use the international standard for designation of units of measurement and values, use a period as a decimal separator (eg. 0.002); 

•          the list of used literature should contain no more than 2 references to the works of the authors of the article

     All submitted articles are reviewed and checked for plagiarism, excessive self-citation, compliance with the design and the presence of originality. Past articles are accepted for publication in one of the journals indexed in the Scopus database. Plagiarism check is carried out at the final stage by the executive editors of the journals after payment of articles to the journal. Therefore, in case of rejection of the article due to the presence of already published materials, we do not refund the payment.

The official language of articles submitted for publication is English.

Accepted articles in their direction will be published in the SPIE Conference Proceedings indexed by the Scopus database will be published. Arrangement fee:
