The discussion of the dissertation by Shokhjakhon Shukhratovich Khamidullaev, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences (specialty 11.00.07 – "Geoinformatics") and titled "Improving the Method for Monitoring Mudflow Risk in Mountainous and Foothill Areas Using Remote Sensing and GIS Technologies," will take place on November 21, 2026, at 14:00, during a meeting of the PhD Academic Council (PhD.03/30.12.2019.T.10.08) at the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers."
