Applications for transfer and reinstatement of studies at state higher education institutions are being accepted starting today.

Online applications for the transfer of students to state higher education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year are accepted from July 15 to August 5 (inclusive).
Applications are submitted via the following platforms:
Applications for transferring from one state higher education institution to another in the republic, or for transferring within the same institution for two valid reasons, as well as for resuming studies at the same institution — “transfer.edu.uz”;
For transfers to corresponding and related bachelor’s degree programs at state higher education institutions from foreign or non-state higher education institutions: “my.uzbmb.uz”.
— Under the new procedure, when transferring studies from foreign or non-state higher education institutions to state ones:
National certificates for general education subjects and foreign languages are automatically verified via the information system;International certificates must be uploaded by the applicant in electronic format along with other documents.
As a reminder, in accordance with the Resolution of theCabinet of Ministers No. 299 dated June 11, 2026, applicants transferring from foreign or non-state higher education institutions to corresponding or related bachelor's degree programs at state higher education institutions are awarded a differentiated or maximum score in relevant subjects if they hold a national or international certificate in a foreign language and general education subjects. Applications will be accepted until August 5, 2026 (inclusive).
