Dear applicants! Starting June 5, admission to higher and vocational educational institutions will begin at 8:00 AM on June 5, 2026.
Don't forget! Online registration for applicants to higher education institutions and the receipt of final results is carried out in two stages through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the official website of the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (my.uzbmb.uz).
According to Presidential Decree No. UP-81, the admission process to undergraduate programs at higher education institutions is carried out in two stages—based on the principle of "first the test, then the selection."
During the first stage, applicants register online annually from June 5th to June 25th (inclusive) at my.uzbmb.uz to take placement tests and select:
- Only when participating in placement tests:
- subject set;
- language of instruction;
- testing zone.
When participating in professional/creative examinations in areas of education that require special abilities:
Language of instruction;
Testing location;
Field of study requiring special abilities;
University where the professional (creative) exam will be taken.
University entrance exams will be held in July-August.
At the second stage, applicants have 15 days after completing the entrance exams to choose the following through the website my.uzbmb.uz:
Higher educational institution;
Bachelor's degree program;
Mode of study;
Priority of choice.
Applicants can learn their placement test scores the day after the exam. Whether they are recommended for admission will be announced on the Knowledge Assessment Agency's official website within one week of the completion of the second stage of the admissions process.
- Applicants who have expressed a desire to study at technical schools have 10 days after the announcement of the final university admissions results to choose:
- Technical school;
- Profession and specialty;
- Mode of study
To ensure a convenient process for applicants and their parents, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation and all higher education institutions have established a "Admissions 2026" headquarters.
Furthermore, citizens can get answers to their questions by calling the Ministry hotline at 1006, the Agency hotline at 1195, or @EduuzUniversalBot.
