National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” invites international applicants to apply for the Master’s programme:

🎓 International Water Diplomacy

This programme is designed for those who want to build a career in international water relations, transboundary water resources management, water policy, and regional cooperation.

✅ Language of instruction: Russian or English
✅ IELTS is not required
✅ Language proficiency will be assessed through an interview
✅ Required: Bachelor’s diploma in a field related to water resources or diplomacy
✅ Required: Diploma and its supplement / transcript
✅ Up to 50 state-funded grant places are available annually for citizens of Uzbekistan and Central Asian countries
