[1] “Enhancing Energy Efficiency in the Building Sector through the Use of Renewable Raw Materials from Agroforestry Systems” (VEGERA) is part of the International Climate Initiative (ICI). The International Climate Initiative is one of the main instruments of the German Federal Government to support international action on climate and biodiversity. IKI supports solutions strategies in developing and developed countries that seek to achieve sustainable change. Within the framework of the “VEGERA” project, it is planned to finance the construction of a sustainable model house on the territory of the National Research University “TIQSMMI”. The model house project was presented and developed by an international team, including the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development in Germany, the National Research University “TIIAME”, the International Research Center for Agroforestry (ICRAF) and the Natural Building Laboratory at the Technical University of Berlin.
Qualification criteria
- 1. Availability of technical, financial, material, human and other resources necessary for the implementation of the contract.
- 2. Possession of the legal right to conclude a contract.
- 3. Absence of overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
- 4. Absence of bankruptcy proceedings initiated against the participant.
- 5. Not being registered in the Unified Register of Dishonest Executors.
- 6. The participant’s presence in the databases of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan on court decisions absence of unfulfilled obligations
