It is important to suggest that one of the most important issues of today is the potential of personnel, trained at Higher Educational Institutions, the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge as well as the ability to apply the gained knowledge in practice and production. In order to fulfill the tasks mentioned in the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan  N. PD-3151 “On measures to further expand the participation of industries and sectors of the economy in improving the quality of training highly educated specialists” and create conditions for students in terms of internships, discuss employment issues and gaining knowledge for becoming professional specialists.

   It must be suggested that at the “Economics” faculty there was organized a round table on the topic “The integration of science and production.” The event was attended by students of the faculty, the esteemed guest Ishchanov O. “Development and Human Resources Management” Department of  Ministry of Water Resources Management, an employee of the Ministry of Education, Askarov N. , the employee of the International Center for Strategic Development and Research on food and agriculture spheres, Saidakhmedov Zh. head of “Marketing and Students” Department of the Ministry of Public Education, H. Khaitov, head of the “Career centre and practice” Department and professors of univerity. At the meeting there were discussed the issues on strengthening the cooperation in terms of supporting graduates. During the event there was discussed the current vacancies, digitization of information regarding the employment   and using online platforms efficiently.
