There was organized a ceremony of laying wreaths at the statue of the great commander in connection with the 688th anniversary of the birth of Sahibgiron Amir Temur.  Among the participants there were a group of employees of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Education, the Marifat Propaganda Society and the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan that took an active part at he event.On a global scale, there is growing interest in studying the great and rich heritage of Amir Temur and the Timurids in the field of statehood, science, culture, creativity and other areas. In our country and abroad, many works are being created and scientific research is being conducted on the great contribution of the Timurids to world civilization.
