It is clear to everyone that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as a document reflecting the guarantees of human rights and concerning the perspective of people of the country is so important, that its popularization and clarification of peoples knowledge about the Referendum is one of the essential activities. With this aim in different places event are being organized, devoted to the “Referendum on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and the content of the Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is important to mention that in “Minglola” neighborhood of Mirzo Ulugbek district, there was organized the event with the aim of explaining to the people about the content and importance of the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan by Prof. R. Choriev,  vice-rectorr of NRU “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” in cooperation with members of the working group of referendum.
