On April 6, 2023 at NRU “TIIAME” there was organized a seminar- training with the participation of specialists from the French consulting company "SOFREKO". Currently, at the consulting company "SOFREKO" the European Union project "Technical assistance for technologies for growing fruits and vegetables in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is being implemented. The international consultant of the project Ruggiero Malossi made a presentation on the topic “The importance of drinking water in innovative technologies for processing vegetables and the standard requirements of the European Union”, and the local consultant Aktam Azizov delivered a lecture on the topic “Quality indicators of pomegranate fruits and technologies for their preservation”. During the seminar-training topical problems of storage and processing of products were discussed. The participants received the detailed answers to their questions. At the end of the event, there was agreed to work on cooperation between university and the consulting company to continue cooperation at a new stage.
