It is important to suggest that the pre-referendum event was held in the conference hall of Olmachi makhalla, Mirzo-Ulugbek district. The participants of the event were informed about the political and historical tasks and the importance of the updated Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The presenter was Professor Yuldasheva N. from our university. She reminded the participants about the great importance of referendum, its focus on solving urgent priority tasks for the development of our country. She also mentioned that Uzbekistan is a sovereign, democratic, legal and social state, by suggesting the aspects important for every citizen, especially in the field of human rights, socio-economic and environmental stability, foreign policy and public authorities.
