It is important to suggest there was organized the event in the Republican Spiritual and Educational Center, devoted to the  Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the participation of famous poets and writers, scientists, artists and members of the "Enlightenment" the society  in Naiman neighborhood, Tashlok region.

The event was organized by Zukhra Ismailova, Professor, doctor of Pedagogical Sciences of NRU “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”, Musallam Abdujabborova, Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences of Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture and Rasuljon Kadirkhanov, actor of the State Musical Theater of Uzbekistan, named after Mukimi. The active participation of people from communities was very impressive especially in terms of question and answers. At the end of the event, a concert program by young artists was shown.
