On April 7, 2023 there was organized the event in Khojayli district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the motto "The new Constitution is the basis of the state!" The event was held in the Palace of Culture, where different associations and communities took part, including women activists, women deputies, members of the "Smart Women" movement, "Schools of Grandmothers", women entrepreneurs, laureates of State Prizes, leaders on spiritual and educational work and young people of the district.
