It is important to suggest that for the first time in the republic, the contest "The best Leader of the Year" was organized in order to support the youth leaders in makhalla, who could show their personal qualities. Students Youth of “Land resources and cadastre” Faculty of our university also took an active part in it. From October to November 2022, the qualifying stages of the competition  "The best leader of the Year” among 9424 youth leaders were organized, the winners of 14 regional competitions for the republican stage were determined.   

  By the decision of the republican jury, the youth leader of "Boston" makhalla of Mubarak district of Kashkadarya region Pardaev Ulmasjon took the honorable 1st place, the leader of the youth of "Kurkam" makhalla of Chilanzar district, Tashkent city Kodirov Shukurullo received the 2nd place, the youth leader of "Shokhidon" makhalla of Turakurgan district, Namangan region took the 3rd place. Participants of the republican stage were encouraged in the following way. The 1st place winner was awarded a cash prize of 35 million soums, a diploma and a statuette, the 2nd place - a cash prize of 25 million soums, a diploma and a statuette, and the 3rd place - a cash prize of 15 million soums, a diploma and a statuette. All other participants of the republican stage were awarded a cash prize in the amount of 5 million soums, a statuette and a certificate of appreciation.
