It is important to suggest that supporting students studying at university, creating conditions for   their formation as competitive staff, educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, increasing their intellectual potential, creating opportunities for showing their talents, increasing the prestige of students and promoting "Student of the Year" Republican competition among students, aimed at achieving high results is traditionally held annually. 
   Surprisingly, more than 60 talented students of "TIIAME" National Research University participated in the competition. The documents of the students who applied for participation in the competition were presented to the commission members, formed for each category of the competition. The commissions conducted direct interviews with students within the evaluation process of submitted documents by participants. Presentations prepared by competition participants were also heard.
   According to the conclusions and information provided by the commissions for each category of the competition, the following final results were announced:
In the nomination "The most knowledgeable student on specialty of the year":

2nd place - Bakhriddinova Nodirakhan, 4-course student of “Land Resources and Cadastre” Faculty
3rd place - Abdukadirova Kamila, 4-course student of “Ecology and Law” Faculty

1st place - Ubaydullayev Abbasbek, 4-course student of “Energy” Faculty
2nd place - Safarova Farzona, 4-course studente of “Economics” Faculty
3rd place - Azimov Azizbek,  4-course student of “Hydrotechnical Construction” Faculty
