The class on practicing the public speaking skill was organized at the Uzbek State Music and Drama Theater named after "Mukimi". The organized anniversary event "Chilanzar - the heart of the capital", dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Chilanzar region, which was founded in 1963. There were given instructions for improving the speech and manner of speech of speakers in front of audience. Then there was shown a documentary film.

In the film, Boris Golender, Yuri Miroshnikov, Rustam Kalonov, Kozim Tolaganov, Rano Nosirova, Khusniddin Makhkamov and others told unforgettable stories about Chilanzar region. Chilanzar has a very long history. Currently, Chilanzar is not only the heart of our capital, but also one of the best regions of our country. It is noteworthy that many international and social facilities, educational institutions are located in this area.
