Cooperation with a foreign university!

The delegation of our university visited Harper Adams University located in the central part of Great Britain. This university was founded in 1901 at the expense of local farmer Harper Adams, and today it has modern educational laboratory buildings, dormitories and 70 hectares of land.

The university is a leading university specializing in agriculture, and it trains specialists in agricultural production, processing, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, agricultural mechanization, land resource management, and sustainable business management.

Harper Adams University has made significant progress in recent years. The university's graduate placement rate is 98.8%, and it has consistently received the status of the most modern university every year for the last 6 years, and is one of the top 10 universities in the UK that can meet the needs of students.

Great Britain's National Center for Precision Agriculture is located here, and the Department of Engineering conducts large-scale scientific research on digitization of the agricultural sector, automatic control of tractors and combines used in agriculture, and the use of drones. There is an experimental plot for farming without the use of manual labor on the 35-hectare area there.

Within the framework of the project "Improving engineering training programs in agriculture by introducing innovative solutions in foreign universities" financed by the Academic Innovation Fund, which is currently being implemented in our university, there was reached an agreement on cooperation with this university.
