Dormitory
From August 1, students who need accommodation can send applications through the my.gov.uz site.
Online application for student accommodation has started from August 1. Students who need a dormitory can send their applications through the my.gov.uz portal.
According to the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 376, applicants with privileges and priorities are initially admitted to student residences. After that, according to the number of remaining places in the dormitory for students on the general list, they will be distributed as follows:
- 55-65 percent for 1st year students;
- 15-20 percent for 2nd year students;
- 20-25% is allocated for students of the 3rd year and above.
Applications will be accepted from August 1 until the end of the academic year. Applicants recommended for the 1st stage of higher education in the academic year 2024/2025 will be able to send an application after the final result. Places for them will be allocated according to the above procedure.
The following categories of students are admitted to student accommodation on a priority basis:
- Pupils of "Mehribanlik vyynyi", orphans and students deprived of parental care;
- Children of families in need of social protection included in the "Unified Register of Social Protection", "Iron Register" and "Women's Register" and students in the "Youth Register";
- Students with group I and II disabilities;
- children of families from the same family studying bachelor's degree in the form of full-time education on the basis of two or more payment contracts;
- international science Olympiads, students who won the republican science Olympiads held by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Students who won the republican stage of the "Student of the Year" and "Student Theater Studios" contests;
- students who won the republican stage of the "Zakovat" intellectual game held among students of higher educational institutions;
- students who are the chairman of the student council, floor captain in the student residence;
