A visit of students y to the “Memorial to the victims of repression” complex

On September 15, 2025 the tutor of "Ecology and Law" Faculty together with a group of active students visited one of the central sites of our capital, the “Memorial to the Victims of Repression” Complex, located in Yunusabad district.
During the visit, students learned that the complex, built along the Bozsuv Canal, had been a remote outskirts of Tashkent until the 1940s. The memorial complex was later established on the site of these execution grounds to honor the memory of the victims of repression.
Students were also informed about the symbolic mausoleum around which silence prevails, instilling in them a deeper sense of gratitude for the peace and tranquility of today’s times.
