Event held as part of the "Youth Employment Month"

In order to implement the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. PD-61 dated February 14, 2025, titled “On Additional Measures to Promote the Employment of Graduates of Higher Educational Institutions”, and to support youth employment and the integration of graduates into the labor market, a targeted and personalized event was held at the university in June 2025 as part of the “Youth Employment Month.”
The event was opened by the Head of the Student Internship Department, Mr. K. Khaitov.
Mr. U. Abdukarimov, Chief Inspector of the Human Resources and Professional Development Department of the Tashkent City Directorate of the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, delivered a presentation. He spoke about the conditions and procedures for entering public service and demonstrated how to use the platform Vacancy.argos.uz.
Ms. D. Alikulova, Deputy Head of the Department for Human Resources Development and Management at the Ministry of Water Resources, and Mr. S. Khikmatov, Lead Specialist of the same department, provided students and graduates with practical advice on resume writing and job application procedures.
Mr. K. Saidazomov, Chief Specialist of the "Step towards future" “Kelajakka Qadam” Center of Mirzo Ulugbek Banking Services Center of “Uzmilliybank” JSC, together with representatives from the bank, offered insights on how to develop a business idea into a full project. They also shared details about the bank's support and favorable financing conditions.
Students and parents participated in the online event, where they had the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed answers. Participants noted that the event left a positive impression on the students.
