Faculty Members of "TIIAME" National Research University participated in the International Conference and Training at the University of Nyíregyháza

    From June 2 to 6, 2025, a delegation from "TIIAME" National Research University visited the University of Nyíregyháza, Hungary, as part of the international practical project “AL-6222052520: Supporting Organic and Traditional Farming with Geospatial Methods” (SOCFarm), funded by the Innovation Development Agency. The delegation included Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Prof. Shukhrat Shokirov, Head of the International Ranking Department Ilkhom Abdurakhmanov, Head of the Research and Innovation Department Ulugbek Kuziyev, Head of the Department of Soil Science and Agriculture Obid Khakberdiyev, Head of the Department of State Cadastres Zokhid Mamatkulov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Land Resources Management Mukhiddin Akbarov, Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Hydraulic Structures and Engineering Constructions Khozhiakbar Khasanov, and doctoral student Nazimjon Teshaev. They participated in the international conference and training hosted by the University of Nyíregyháza.

 During the visit, the delegation was welcomed by a research team led by Prof. János Harskuti, President of the University of Nyíregyháza. The meeting focused on further strengthening cooperation between the two universities, conducting joint research projects, and effectively implementing innovative initiatives.

  The delegation took part in the international scientific-practical conference titled “Sustainable Geospatial Solutions for a Changing World” held at the University of Nyíregyháza. A press conference was held prior to the event, with local media in attendance. The press conference highlighted the collaboration between the two institutions and the progress made within the SOCFarm project.

  During the conference, faculty from both universities presented and discussed research results from the SOCFarm project. Specialists from other prestigious international universities also delivered presentations, sharing their practical experience and innovative ideas.
