Psychological conversation on the topic of "Culture of Conflict Management"

On May 2, 2025 in Dormitory N. 4, where the female students of "Land Resources and Cadastre" faculty reside, a psychological conversation was held on the topic of "Culture of Conflict Management." The purpose of the event was to prevent various problematic situations that can occur among youth, especially among girls, and to develop skills for resolving such situations correctly. University psychologist M. Mukhammadova provided the following information.
The main emphasis was placed on the "culture of conflict management," meaning the peaceful and reasonable resolution of conflicts, the development of mutual listening, respect, and patience.
During the conversation, the psychologist conducted training sessions using real-life examples, role-playing, and practical exercises aimed at improving the girls' thinking and relationship management skills. The girls asked questions they were interested in and received answers.
Such events serve to help the younger generation develop healthy social relationships and shape themselves as active and mature individuals in society. Professors and teachers from the “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” department (Valieva A. and Khaitova M.), along with the female students, also participated in this roundtable discussion.
