Discussion on the topic "The Criterion of Eternity"
03.05.2025

On May 2, 2025 as part of the plan of the University Women’s Advisory Council and in honor of the Day of Remembrance and Honors, a roundtable discussion was organized in Student Dormitory N. 3. During the discussion, the Dean of the Faculty of Energy, A. Isakov, and the Deputy Dean for Spiritual and Educational Work, I. Bukharov, spoke about the negative consequences of World War II and the unparalleled courage shown by our people during the war.
The Dean spoke to the female students about the significant increase in attention given to women in our country during the years of independence. In particular, he highlighted the expanding opportunities for women in our republic to actively participate in spiritual, educational, socio-economic, and political reforms, as well as a number of presidential decrees and government resolutions aimed at protecting the interests of women, who make up more than half of the country's population.
Furthermore, during the roundtable, the names of great women such as Tomaris, Bibikhanum, Gulbadanbegim, Zebunniso, Nodira, Uvaysi, Anbar Otin and hundreds of others were mentioned with respect and honor. These women left an indelible mark on the great history of our people through their courage and perseverance, intelligence, refinement, and femininity. Indeed, the role and significance of women in the family, in society, and especially in each individual's life is immeasurable.
