Unforgettable and knowledge contest on the topic “Leisure Time Activities”

Unforgettable and educational lesson was organized for the first-year students at the initiative of the Head of the "English Language" Department, B. Isroilova and Senior Teacher F. Umarova. Students from "Economics" group 103, "Tourism" group 107 and "Energy" group 106 participated in an open-air class held in the calm and refreshing atmosphere of "Eco Park," focusing on the topic "Leisure Time Activities." This lesson provided students with the opportunity to integrate their English language skills with practical application in a natural setting.
During the session, students used new vocabulary and expressions related to the topic and shared stories about their favorite leisure activities in English. To enhance student engagement, the instructors employed various games and interactive tasks aligned with modern teaching methods.
The highlight of the event was the "Knowledge Contest," where groups competed in an English-language quiz. Students demonstrated their knowledge, creativity, and ability to communicate fluently in English. The winning teams were rewarded and encouraged.
