15.04.2025

Under the leadership of Shodiev Bobur, a teacher from the "Pump Stations and Hydroelectric Power Plants" department of the "Hydrotechnical Construction" faculty, students of groups 301 and 308 from the "Operation of Hydraulic Structures and Pump Stations" program took a trip around Samarkand, one of the oldest cities in Uzbekistan — with the aim of expanding their historical and cultural knowledge.
During the trip, they closely explored the city's historic and unique landmarks, such as the Mausoleum of Amir Temur, and the Registan Square, which includes the Ulughbek Madrasah, Sherdor Madrasah, and Tillya-Kori Madrasah. They also visited the Bibi-Khanym Mosque and the Shah-i-Zinda complex.
Afterward, they visited the Hazrat Khizr complex and paid their respects at the mausoleum of Islam Karimov.
