Round-table talk with the members of the Women's Leadership Club

   On April 4, 2025 a roundtable discussion on the topic "Education and Knowledge Lead to Greater Heights" was held with the members of the University’s Women's Leadership Club. The event was part of the implementation of the tasks outlined in the letter 3/15-4/1-2521 issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation on March 27, 2025. The discussion was led by Munisa  Burkhanova, a nominee for the Zulfiya State Award.

   Munisa Burkhonova, the Chief Specialist of the “Office Registrar” department and a second-year doctoral student in "Melioration and Irrigated Agriculture" at university, shared her thoughts at the event.

   She emphasized that this award is not only a result of personal success and hard work but also serves as a source of inspiration and innovation for all women in the field. According to her, the award highlights the significant role of women in state affairs, societal reforms, and successes in family life.

   While speaking about her activities aimed at social programs for women, ensuring their rights, and expanding their opportunities, M. Burkhonova stressed that the role of women in society is continuously being strengthened. She believes that women have the right to be active not only in the family but also in production and politics. Through a number of her projects in this direction, she aims to help expand the opportunities of many women.

    Additionally, the university has been providing information and proposals to its leadership regarding the selection of new generations of prospective candidates for civil service from among active, initiative-driven, and talented female students. The university is also focusing on teaching leadership skills and forming a highly skilled reserve of women for future positions.

    Munisa Burkhonova highlighted the importance of education and knowledge in today’s world and emphasized the need to enhance female students’ attitude toward learning, as education paves the way to greater achievements.
