Special ceremony

On March 6, 2025 a solemn ceremony took place in which the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan presented credentials to newly appointed foreign ambassadors to our country. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, received the credentials from the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors of foreign states in our country.
The head of state congratulated the newly appointed ambassadors on the beginning of their diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan and wished them success. During the meeting, President Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of strengthening friendship and cooperation on the international stage. Uzbekistan, with its open and pragmatic foreign policy, fosters mutual respect and friendship, developing practical partnerships with countries from all regions of the world.
Our President noted that, thanks to a shared political will, Central Asia is transforming into a region of good neighborliness, trust, and integration. Gratitude was also expressed to the governments of the countries represented by the heads of diplomatic missions for their support of Uzbekistan's accession to the World Trade Organization.
The diplomats expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome and the conditions created for their productive work, highlighting their readiness to use all their professional experience and knowledge to actively promote multifaceted cooperation with Uzbekistan.
This meeting is yet another vivid example of Uzbekistan's commitment to developing and strengthening international cooperation.
The head of our state sincerely congratulated the heads of diplomatic missions on the beginning of their honorable mission in the new Uzbekistan.
